Katie Clancy, AKA the happiest person in real estate, is a certified personal coach, and the agent leader of the top-producing The Cape House team. Starting from the ashes of the recession and a good deal of personal struggle she built her brand by leveraging established relationships and building new ones.
Katie is a nationally recognized speaker appearing at multiple National Association of REALTORS® events, Inman Connect Conferences, Realtor.com Results Summit, NAGLREP annual conventions, Women’s Council of REALTORS® events, as well as keynotes for various brokerages and REALTOR® boards.
In her former lives she has helped start a school, analyzed fish stocks on the Atlantic coast, and sang at the occasional wedding. Peak life experiences include completing her first triathlon, singing Orff’s Carmina Burana with a full chorale and orchestra, and giving birth to her fourth daughter. Katie is living the dream on Cape Cod with her contractor husband, four daughters, and two very small dogs.
